Sophia Cho
Piano & Flute Teacher, Director of Tarzana Sings Youth Choir
Sophia Cho is a pianist and flutist. She currently studies at California State University, Northridge majoring in Music Education, with an emphasis in Piano Performance. Although piano is her primary instrument, she also receives classical training in flute, and performs in several ensembles. Because of her interest in collaborative piano, she has sought opportunities to accompany performing groups and soloists. She holds years of piano and flute teaching experience from working at Nueva Vision Community School, MozArt Music Academy, and at her private studio.
In her free time, Miss Cho enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work. Whether it is teaching free lessons, or giving back to her high school by accompanying the choir, any time put into creating and teaching music is time well spent! Creating and leading a choir has always been one of her wishes, and now is excited to have the support to begin the Tarzana Sings Youth Choir! Let’s sing! |
